By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. The date and time will not be held until the deposit has been paid and a booking confirmation has been issued. Bookings are subject to availability.
2. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session date will forfeit the deposit in full. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the agreed time. Arriving late will reduce the available session time and cannot be extended unless mutually agreed upon, and is subject to availability.
5. Photo Delivery
We will deliver the edited photographs within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods. Photographs are delivered via a private online gallery link.
6. Copyright & Usage
All photographs taken during a session remain the intellectual property of Mark Wong Photography. Clients are granted a personal licence to use the images for non-commercial purposes. Photographs may not be sold, edited, or redistributed without prior written consent.
7. Portfolio Use
Mark Wong Photography reserves the right to use session photographs for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless a written request for privacy is made prior to the session.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, or emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client.
9. Liability
Mark Wong Photography will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during a session. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying persons.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from a booking or session will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
